1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perishable goods), returns are not accepted after delivery. The only exception is in case of error or damage for which we are responsible.

2. Case of Error or Damage

If you receive an incorrect order or the flowers arrived damaged due to our negligence:

  • Contact us within 5 hours of delivery.
  • Send a photo of the damage.
  • We will contact you immediately to find a solution (replacement or refund).

3. Exchanges

Product exchanges are not possible due to their perishable nature. If you wish for a different arrangement, please contact us before placing your order.
